Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer* (for the bank transfer option we suggest you contact us to receive more details).

From the home page or from the page of each advertisement it is possible to enter the dates of your holidays, check availability and proceed with the booking confirmation by paying the 40% deposit for the villa type.

You can inform the staff of your arrival time outside the indicated time slot, we will be happy to satisfy your request.

To book a facility you can do it directly online, selecting the desired facility and paying the first 40% deposit

sheets and pillowcases (1 set above and below and 4 pillowcases for each bed for each room)

The booking price includes the special Lockdown Cancellation Guarantee which protects the customer and his travel companions in the event that he is forced to cancel his stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date due to the occurrence of at least one of the following measures to contain the Covid-19 epidemic officially imposed by the competent governments/authorities:

To best organize your arrival, please communicate the expected time and provide a mobile telephone number to contact you. Our Villa Expert will meet you directly at the property; The Apuliarentals.com agency is open for check-ins from 3.00 pm to 8.30 pm.
For arrivals after these times, an extra €50.00 will be applied after 8.30 pm and €80.00 after 10.00 pm.

In case of damage to the property, please report it immediately to the relevant Villa Expert who will evaluate the extent of the damage together with the owner of the structure.
