What to know for the Check-in phase?

To best organize your arrival, please communicate the expected time and provide a mobile telephone number to contact you. Our Villa Expert will meet you directly at the property; The Apuliarentals.com agency is open for check-ins from 3.00 pm to 8.30 pm.
For arrivals after these times, an extra €50.00 will be applied after 8.30 pm and €80.00 after 10.00 pm.
Access to the house will not be permitted after midnight. Check-Out is at 10:00, if you want to leave the accommodation later or need to leave your luggage, we can find a solution based on the availability of the period, but you must still allow our Housekeeping service to enter the house at 10:00 am.
At check-in all guests must show a valid identity document; Furthermore, a tourist tax of €1 per person per night is required, to be paid on site in cash.
