Symbol of Apulian folklore and a UNESCO heritage site, the trulli are typical homes made of dry-worked limestone and their shape resembles a hut with whitewashed walls and a roof of set stones that reproduce a conical shape.
The Itria Valley is the homeland of the trulli, while the capital is without a doubt Alberobello, with more than 1,500 examples of trulli.
You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund after the following cancellation terms have expired:
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS. - STANDARD RATE: To be paid at the time of booking: 40% as a deposit calculated on the total rental price from the list; To be paid within 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% as the balance to be paid by bank transfer or credit card; Failure to pay the balance within the established deadlines implies the automatic cancellation of the reservation with the right to apply a penalty of 100%, i.e. the amount previously paid.
In the days before the final balance payment date expires, you will receive a reminder to proceed with the payment. In case of non-payment by the due date, your reservation may be canceled without a refund of the first payment.
Don't worry: in case of non-payment you will be contacted by our operators to inform you of the risk of cancellation and to assist you in cases of technical problems encountered during the payment phase.
Remember that you can option a property for a maximum of 48 hours: failure to confirm within the indicated terms will result in the automatic cancellation of the option.
If you choose the payment option by bank transfer you have 24 hours to proceed with the payment: failure to pay will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
In order to best organize your arrival, guest registration is required before arrival (the staff will send you a message with all the necessary instructions and a link where you can proceed with the data registration).
All our facilities are equipped with all the essentials necessary for a pleasant stay: crockery, pots, cutlery, etc… oil, salt, spices, linen, etc…
Historically, the trulli arise in the Itria Valley, a strip of internal hilly territory, 15/20 km away from the Adriatic coast. The municipalities of the Itria Valley are Alberobello, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica and Ostuni.
