- the Housekeeping & Property Management team organizes property maintenance interventions and takes care of every detail: from cleaning to the safety of the rooms. We know every aspect of the villas, from the height of the stairs to the size of the swimming pools, to guarantee an impeccable experience. Furthermore, we collaborate with the best local professionals, such as plumbers, electricians and swimming pool technicians, to resolve any problem or need within 12 hours of the request or report
