What happens if I don't meet the balance payment terms on a booking?

In the days before the final balance payment date expires, you will receive a reminder to proceed with the payment. In case of non-payment by the due date, your reservation may be canceled without a refund of the first payment.
Don't worry: in case of non-payment you will be contacted by our operators to inform you of the risk of cancellation and to assist you in cases of technical problems encountered during the payment phase.
