What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund after the following cancellation terms have expired:
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS. - STANDARD RATE: To be paid at the time of booking: 40% as a deposit calculated on the total rental price from the list; To be paid within 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% as the balance to be paid by bank transfer or credit card; Failure to pay the balance within the established deadlines implies the automatic cancellation of the reservation with the right to apply a penalty of 100%, i.e. the amount previously paid.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the Apuliarentals Agency will send the booking confirmation to the tenant. Upon receipt of the balance the tenant will receive a voucher and directions to reach the property.
- Cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties:
• 40% of the total booking price in case of cancellation communicated by the tenant between the 60th and 30th day from the start of the stay;
• 100% of the total booking price in case of cancellation communicated by the tenant between the 29th and 1st day from the start of the stay:
• For cancellations received before the 60th day from the start of the stay, the tenant is entitled to a refund of the 40% paid as a deposit to confirm the booking.
The NON-REFUNDABLE RATE includes a 10% discount on the cost of the stay, with payment of 100% of the sum at the time of booking - in this case the aforementioned refund/split payment conditions are not foreseen (provided exclusively for the STANDARD RATE)
The NON-REFUNDABLE RATE does not include any type of refund; in the event that the guest is forced to cancel the stay due to government restrictions due to the CoVid-19 emergency, Apulia Rentals offers the following solutions:
No type of refund will be granted for reasons of a personal nature.
